I've answered the f@@king question about 50 times in the past 2 weeks. To say once again, there were shoots in the Cats game, but mainly that patience is required when making a large upheaval.
For the last f@@king time, I'm not defending Powell this week or last, I'm defending a coaches right (any) to be given time. But I also respect the opinion that it has been dissapointing, and I agree with this. |

I was happy after the Catalan game as I thought there were some green shoots - everyone else did - and even the Powell outs had changed their mind. At least I have the courage of my convictions and haven't flipped again.
You and some others though, do seem to be a little obtuse on the potential impact a cultural change, such as this, will have on a team. I can understand some people wanting him out now, he's harder to defend after tonight.
The problem you have, along with all the other Powell out mob, is that if Powell goes now, you'll never be able to say you were right as we'll never know how good or bad he would been.
He ain't going anywhere though.'"
I do admire your loyalty and yes I have flip-flopped…I just cannot see this working now though. He’s building a team of mercernaries and it won’t work. I just cannot see past Holmes continually selected and now over Nicholson ( a genuine superstar), minikin over wrench, Ratchford two year deal and cooper at Wigan whilst a Widnes bound Amor flails about like it’s an over 45 charity game. These aren’t the decisions of a coach who knows what he’s doing - he’s expecting a fantasy football pack next season which everything will flow off the back of….it doesn’t work like that. He’s rubbish! |

WHAT ARE THE SHOOTS???? That’s not a pop I genuinely want to know what the plus side of this season is that you see that I don’t. You haven’t said anything specific in that regard. |

I too share these concerns and I think he's made mistakes. But his track record over the long period shows overall improvement with all the clubs he's been at. I'm hoping/thinking he'll learn. |
