Think the root cause of your current woes are at the most senior levels.

It doesn't surprise me what you have said - although hopefully the Directors were checking their Twitter and Facebook accounts to see that a significant number of fans (the majority?) want Smith gone. I wouldn't have stood up for our try either - game was well gone by then.
