The form table and a 'few' Wire fans.

The form table is touch beyond our control, as for the 'few' well, what can I say.....

That was a compliment about the form table.

Lets face it on form it should be a cracker with Wire coming out on top. We have actually played pretty well outside of the shambles at Celtic over the past 6 weeks or so and Wire seem to have got that winning habit and are grinding some games out playing away from top form.

I'm looking forward to the game already.

The thing that should give you hope is that whilst we have been grinding out th results, we haven't necesarily been playing great RL. Our defence has been awesome, but I am interested to see how we will react if we get some bad luck or make some mistakes to allow a decent team to get a decent start on us.

It's hard to tell how either side will react in a semi final because the pressures will be totally different to any game but i'd expect both sides to really go at it for the first 20 minutes.

I suppose our hope is that the 'old Wire' reappear in the pressures of such a big game but i'm not holding my breath. Tony Smith looks to have you well drilled and i think the prop forwards will give you the edge.

Should be a good game though.

You have everything to lose. Let's be honest, neither team is winning the Grand Final, a Challenge Cup final appearance would be a massive lift for either club. Also, if we beat you, you will be absolutely gutted, as we will be if you win. Your season is on the line.

You can try and convince yourself of the contrary but no-one is buying it.

The form table was just a presentation of the actual statistics of the top 8 teams since easter that's all. I like doing stuff like that and I thought most people, GDMM excluded, would be interested. Form table shows Warrington 2nd and Wigan 4th. But we all know that means nothing, especially in the semi. I've said many times I expect this to be a tight game .

I feel like we have nothing to lose. The rest of the Wigan fans might not feel like that and i defo don't believe the players will feel like that but i'm going to go and enjoy the day.

If we win then great but if not i'll not be overly gutted because i don't seriously feel we'd have a chance against Saints in the final anyway.

I'd rather lose the semi to Wire then the final to Saints.
