In every work place I had been, when things go wrong in a company, and because of it there are redundancies, it’s always the manager that goes first.

The Admirable is always the person responsible for having a happy ship….and all we see is mutiny.

I have to hold my hands up and say that Saddened’s remarks on Twitter about Wire being no different this season to last, look harder to argue about.

Away from all of this maguire stuff. Regardless of if we appeal on the basis of hearsay and whatnot. or if we terminate the contract of Maguire. What Now needs to be done at Ownership level. (Moran and Middleton. READ THIS) is a FULL Clear out of the Players (minus maybe 6 who actually put the effort in) And The Coaching staff and The CEO of the club.

The Players we have are NOT good enough. They seem to still do what they want. They lack effort. Motivation and pride and seemingly go into business for themselves.
The coaching Staff have bought a new culture to the club that Stinks. A grand Total of 27 Games have been given to 2 players for actions that the coaching staff needed to have addressed before hand. Whether in Maguires case. We didn't play him against leigh. Or in Dudson's case. we didn't play him in france if he was that irate with the player supposedly doing his wife behind his back.
The CEO Is allowing it to happen on his watch. What is going on culturally in the club that has not been there since the Days of Paul Cullen.

I've Not seen So Much negativity from the Press in relation to Warrington players conduct since at least the early 2000's.

Things Need to change, Because the Club is becoming Toxic for all the wrong reasons now. It's not about the rugby. It's about the players attitudes towards the club and the badge and fans they represent.

Fair to say the next few games are the linchpin on which our season hangs. If we lose to a terrible Hudds side at home, you can guarantee the boo brigade will be out in force, then if we lose to Wigan in the cup people will be saying we've imploded or are in free fall. We've got Wigan, Leigh, Salford, Saints and HKR all breathing down our necks with only two points between us and dropping out the six depending on results.

So, it's up to DP to gee this lot up, the leadership skills needed to turn this around haven't been on display yet, but we'll see what the next few weeks brings. I'm still unsure if its a toxic environment, hence why everyone wants out, but if he's really failed to change the culture, it would speak volumes.

If all these players just don't want to play for the guy, who is to blame? The players, or the management for putting someone at the head who can't command the teams' respect?

At least our rings won't be twitching this season as we rely on a team losing to keep us in SL.

Fitzpatricks recruitment has been nothing short of shocking and Powell agreeing to these signings just as guilty.

I don't agree with Powell being Toxic in anyway shape or form, he's good guy trying to do his job.
He turned Cas around as a club and built a team that played hard for each other and responded to Powell really well.
So unless he's been paid alot of money by the grinch to ruin the club, it's a very harsh comment on him.
Mikaele leaving was not his doing, McGuire being an idiot is not his doing, Dudsons brain fart was not his doing etc etc Do people forget we're 10 wins from 14? Fair enough our form is wobbling at the minute but you can't say that's down to Powell or we'd be at the bottom of the table again. We need the forwards (not just vaughan) to kick in to gear to lay a platform. Dudson is so mediocre it's unreal, Kasiano is hit and miss, James Harrison is good but not great, Philbin has had a few good games and a few bog standard ones, and Bullock was on fire before gis injury but hasn't found that form again. Some players are consistantly good with loads of effort each week, and some aren't.
I like Drinkwater but he hasn't been great since he went back to Catalans and he's still bog standard for us, he's played his entire career on the left but has been moved to the right, that CAN'T be an easy transition.
We will steady the ship at some point and kick in to gear again, and hopefully get a replacement for Mikaele finally.
