| I love going to games ,not a great watcher of wire matches on TV , following the wire is the greatest thing ,nothing is scripted, nothing guaranteed except having a good time with my rugby mates. Season tickets are still good value and I'll definitely be getting one , finances allowing

| There will always be the band wagon brigade, team does well people will come, fails and forget it that will always be the case. Had we got to wembley i guess 20k would have gone, that one always annoys me as where are they on a weekly basis, but as as i said thats just the way it is.

No need to be annoyed I don't think. I suspect 20K going to Wembley is better than us taking our 7,500 core support. Lots of people make a day of it at wembley. For example I took my mum, daughter and missus making 4. That's 3 more than would normally go to a home game. They will never become regular supporters. I think factors like that explain it.

So you would have preferred it in 2009 had we lifted the cup in front of the 200 max who usually travel to London away? Don't be soft.

| Quote: Ganson's Optician "Why is Smith still immune from criticism in your eyes, out of interest? As Head of Football he appointed Agar, who is supposedly to blame for all and sundry. He made the poor signings, hired the conditioner who is allegedly now to blame for the season and persists with the badflling team selections. Ed
As Head man, responsibility lies in my eyes purely with Smith.'"
You're absolutely right about TS responsibility
I'm not saying he should take the blame every coach should shoulder blame to a degree, but just look at what he's done for this club
We were dead and buried under Cullen, new stadium mediocre team performances just like this season
The timing was right to get shut of, in came Smith and so did the silverware
I'm not going to slate him personally for one bad season.
I'm sure the majority agree but there are people who don't and I'm sure he himself is gutted by what's happened.
As mentioned next season is crucial

| I'll be renewing my season ticket because, despite some dire performances this season, the new arrivals for next indicate exciting times, maybe! I didn't go on Friday because (a) it was pouring down - wimp I know, and (b) I dreaded what Wigan might do to us. I did watch the first half on TV but couldn't bear to watch the inept display any further. Mind you, as badly as we played, Wigan only scored 5 tries. A better team would have posted a cricket score. And if the rules governing the video refs aren't clarified I might just pack up all together after next season.

Were did i say thats what i prefer, my point was people will follow success and not bother when we fail. Someone as already said about fridays attendance had that game meant more it would have been nearer the 13k we have had in the past, just dont try to twist my words.

Now see that makes more sense than Gansons drivel.

| I won't be buying a season ticket and I'm highly unlikely to join any membership either, but I'll be attending most home games and a few aways. Same as every other year.

| Season tickets are pretty important to most clubs ,guaranteed money before start of the season ,obviously helps with budgeting and player acquisition, reaching towards a 10,000 target of sales would be a huge boost for the club ,to me buying a season ticket or being part of a membership scheme is part of my personal commitment to the club

| Attendances have been on the slide since 2012. The sporting performance this season will not arrest that.

| I'm actually with Dropkick on this I won't buy a season ticket but will attend every home game possible ...and maybe the odd away. ...its nothing to do with results or not winning trophies or anything like that.
I missed one home game due to illness. ..and the Wigan game just gone as I was on holiday.
The last time I had a season ticket was before the corners were built. Back then the south stand sold out on the odd occasion and I didn't want the mither of going to pick tickets up mid week.
Expanding the stadium has now had the effect of not really needing a season ticket. ..
I might be interested in the membership scheme though. ...

| I've been watching Wire since 1989 and I've had a season ticket for the majority of those years. I like the fact my games are paid for and I don't need the money on the day or have to pick up tickets in the week.
However if we change to the Friday night home games I won't be purchasing a season ticket.
