And saddo, there is a point where it goes from unlucky to bad conditioning. Unlucky broken bones are different than whatever pryce had after a broken neck.

Not an expert on this Yed but alot of conflicting info regarding calcium + magnesium.Think the ratio is something like 3-1 in favour of calcium but on the subject of magnesium i didn't realise the importance of this mineral to the body until i did some research on it.Quite amazing what the lack of this causes to some of the population.
