I know exactly what you mean.
Opened my shirt on Christmas day to find a round sticker on the packaging saying 'Cold Wash Only.' A quick look on the label on the inside of the shirt it says 'Machine wash in warm water with like colours...'
Also the label on the back of the collar says the shirt is XL. However, the ISC tag with the barcode says it is a Large.

I'm planning to unstitch the Bensons for beds logo on my away top. If it then looks obvious that something has been taken off, then i'll stitch on a plain black piece of fabric.

It said it on the home ones packaging.
Does anyone else find the bensons square a bit of a pain in the backside? Every time i sit down it sticks up, if i lean over it folds in half, and when i stand back up its still folded and iv got to pull the shirt down n smooth it over again so my beer belly isnt hanging out!!!

been in the shop today to change the size of shirt i got for xmas, not a cat in hells chance!
the shop is beyond poor, not one of them was apologetic, or even remotely bothered! the shop needs looking at, and badly!

yes but if you havent checked the website, as not everyone will, then what use is that?
there was also no reason for why that is the case, the shop was empty at the time i was in, and simply wanted to change the size of my shirt, rather than get a refund or exchange for another item completely.
