Spot on.

I think he should be picked on form and not reputation, which means dropping him right now. I just think fans should lay off on any criticism right now.

I still think he'll be an incredible player, but it'll take time.

Quote: the flying biscuit "Rubbish he is a complete waste of a Jersey.
Dom Manfrefdi had the same injuries and won a grand final for Wigan.

Currie is missing tackles, taking up occasional hit ups, but generally hiding and doing very little. But Hughes and Clark are so poor as well that he isn't looking too out of place. It's a desperate pack... Desperate...'"

Currie played well in his first game back and for the few games after . . . now he's burnt out. Same thing would have happened with Manfredi.

I don't think he should be in the team right now, but we shouldn't give up on him.

Hull ran at Currie for two of their three tries and he failed miserably. For their third he stopped and watched a prop forward pass him to dive on the loose ball. Three tries... Three and it's page after page on Dec Patten.

As I've said many times Patten is no world beater but he tried time and time again yesterday. He was on the left on the right again he again got given a ball to take as a hit up... Meanwhile Austin spends all game looking for a gap for himself...

There is no leader on that park and it needs to be addressed.

Hull were old heading us (cheating if you like) at every opportunity. And we couldn't match it.... When Hull had Connor sent off Sneyd was doing a brilliant Cameron Smith and engaging the ref for minutes, which does two things, get in the head of the ref and also wastes time so his team can catch a breather.

We don't have anyone that smart.

Number of factors contributed to our demise.
For example :-
1, Skinny 10 fron Childs giving us no room and this badly affected our go forward. Every team knows we like a faster tempo giving Clark opportunity to run. To be honest I thought Clark looked a bit jaded and he has played long minutes in mnost games
2, Pretty much playing with one HB, Austin, who for me has not been 100% for a couple of weeks now and is playing one one leg.
3. I am not a Doctors so this is subjective but the continuous disruption to the game with Hull players going down injured just stopped the flow.

Going back to the old days, when the defensive line is right up why not the little kick through. Might not work but at least it gives the defence something to think about.

Yes we were rubbish yesterday so we need to bounce back and whallop the pies next week

It wasnt continuous, it was only when we threatened their line and we had momentum. Cheats.

Don't know about that but but I have no argument that you were less awful than us on Saturday. I think our points are mostly related to how rubbish we were. You fully deserved the win.

I went to my first game of the season yesterday, due to other commitments, and I am thinking if that is the standard of refereeing and gamesmanship, then I am already out of love with the game. Child's incompetence,or whatever you want to call it,is absolutely shameful. He robbed Salford of a win against Saints when awarding that last try,and he robbed us of a try by BMM insisting that the ball was knocked on,when it so clearly wasn't. He let the cheating go on and on. At least twice Hull players were lying as if seriously hurt. Then, to nobody's surprise, after lengthy treatment, they are fit to carry on. If that is what you want to watch every week, then good luck to you. But not for me any more.

Hi ho silver, our game plan.

Run at Ben Curry, as he’s looking a little fatigued “understandably” after such terrible injuries.

Engage the former actor James “emmerdale” Child’s in banter regarding his role.

When Warry have the ball all lay down, we used this tactic a few times sometimes you get done for 80, other times you win the challenge cup.

After we have scored more tries, come home with the points, dropping James Child’s off the team bus, to a chorus of he’s a jolly good fellow.

The whinging from your fans about apparent cheating makes this a more enjoyable win.

Quote: sally cinnamon "We're starting to resemble McDermott's Leeds or Wane's Wigan with our disregard for low key games.'"

.....and thats exactly what your doing too Sally, by calling a game against Hull FC a low key game. So clearly you thought it too, its not just your team, and teams get what they deserve when they do that.

Yes Hull FC had an appalling back end to last season that mirrored an appalling injury crisis. but you will know only too well what Hull FC can do with something like a team out on the field, as you found out in recent seasons at both your place and at Wembley.

Quote: karetaker "The thing is we wasn’t,better game plan but not a better team.'"

If the teams on the field are even, ie one is not better than the other in your opinion, then consider also....

1) Many of your co-fans without blinkers feel your team were 2nd best. So not all agree with you.

2) If the difference was something else, like the best game plan, then ok. If best game plan wins a game then thats just what it took, and by your own admission Hull FC had that.

In all games of fine margins in Sport sometimes it is the influence or inspirational words or plans of a coach that can win a game, and on the day Hull FC were the best and the scoreline shows it.

Just like it shows you were the best when you thrashed us last time out.

No doubt with me. They had a better team and managed a period with 12 men better than we could with 13.

The biggest bolluk we did was on the 5th after waiting 5 mins for Hull to get fit again, when only 6 behind...was not kicking a dg and getting the ball back to run at Hull with a full set of 6 and only 5 behind.
Snyde was always going to kick a 1 pointer while they was 6 ahead.
