| If Agar is being lined up to take over from Smith it will be a disaster for this club and i for one would be amazed if Moran gave his blessings to this.Am not religious by any means but i might just start praying that this does not happen.

| Maybe the plan is to turn us into a squash club ,i'm sure they could build a few courts where the pitch is.
On the other hand maybe Mr Smith is reluctant to bring in an assistant who has forgotten more about hands on experience than he himself has had.

He may have gone for a job interview at Saints or Wigan.

| Smith to stay for me, granted the past month or so has been painful to say the least. I think we need our best player on the ball more. Ratchford to the halves for me.

| If he goes or stays as I've pointed out before the club is on good foundations, from Smith arriving do we only have Penny from the Academy? Harrison was getting games but is that it, I'm sure I will de corrected if wrong but can't think of any others.
The club is in a stronger position today even if there were to be a big clear out obtaining suitable replacements would not be a problem.

| I can't believe that some people think TS should go. Be very careful what you wish for because if he went the next man up could be Agar and then you could be looking at some very barren years.

I think there are more in the stay camp than the go camp, thankfully. We have already seen the affect of Agar

| At the minute, he should stay and sort this mess out. I cant believe it's the same team that were so good in defence in the early games but the attack is way off and that is a major issue.
We have always backed Smith but the players are letting him down at the minute. He needs to bang a few heads together in private and get us working as a unit in both defence and attack again.
Should we lose Saturday, however, we may be in trouble as Wigan away, Leeds away & Widnes home are not going to be easy games.
I moaned Thursday & I moaned on Monday but that doesn't mean I'm not supporting the team, like many others in the ground. We expect better from the quality of players on the field, as will Tony Smith.
Saturday's attendance would have been very poor anyway because of the stupid kick off time (alienating all amateur sport players, personal moan over) but we will be lucky to break 7,000 I think this week.

| The buck stops with Smith, blaming Agar is silly he won't be doing anything that isn't approved by Smith, he doesn't have secret training sessions with the team and then at the end say "ok guys remember everything i taught you today but....don't tell Tony, this is our little secret'
I don't want Smith out but seriously some people think so much of TS that they convince themselves he's beyond reproach and blame everything else.
This is a problem of Smiths making, i would like him to sort it out.

45465_1384791340.jpg And last but not least, to all those people who wrote this team off.
To all those people who critisized this team...tonight's for you.

| He should go. Warrington have been one of the top 2 teams for the last 5 or 6 seasons and a couple of GF losses is a poor return. The team that lost the GF to Leeds was outstanding that season and in my opinion the best team not to win the GF in any particular year. You have had a golden period in your club history with just a few Challenge Cups to show for it. The club needs fresh impetus from a new coach or you guys will be scratching your heads in 10 years time wondering what happened to those missed opportunities.

The problem is there's currently no outstanding candidate(s) out there shouting 'pick me, pick me'.
