The exception happens when you don't have a main sponsor on board, like Wigan last season, and it gets done very fast and usually at great cost.

He's wonderfully prickly to new suggestions and seems to hold the common fan in contempt. I assume he works for the club in a capacity that touches on the commercial side but I'm guessing not a people person.

I wonder if he would mind sharing with the forum how this season's shirt design/sizing/fitting fault could have occurred and whether it has affected unit sales.
