| Miller looks busy, that's why sky are hyping him, but he's not much cop. Especially since Leeds aren't able to to keep all their 6 7 and 13 in place for creativity

Could have had another assist if he released the ball instead of turning back inside.
I thought he could have done better for the Roberts try. And I wasn't best pleased that he was trying to con that penalty, then start a fight, and stood around when Handley shot upfield, he was stood under their sticks.

That's just bizarre. Not sure whether he's an eccentric prima donna or has mental health / social issues, but it sounds like Burgess respects him as a good player, just maybe not as a typical 'Burgess-last-man-standing' type player. The team comes first and if that means we persevere with Wrench and Ratchford (Lindop?) then so be it. Ive got faith in Burgess to get the best out of what we've got.
Shame, as I thought he'd turned a corner with his year away in a different environment.

| That’s very disappointing from King not to say unprofessional. We are paying him a top wage and you can’t have one player not showing commitment and supporting the team ethic. If he is not happy a player exchange deal might be the best solution. Do Catalans need centres….McMeekan anyone.

If she is playing up again she can go on loan to Barrow. We don't need players not committed to the cause. Wouldn't make my top 10 Warrington centres anyway.

| Are people reading too much into that very short and, albeit vague, article? From my reading SB just needs to know if King feels physically ready to go in a big game. Either way it's better than last year when Powell couldn't hold his own pee and chose to vent about fans, players, etc rather than keeping mum. At least SB is discrete if there is a wider issue with King.
Anyway, that aside, here's hoping Stains take a walloping tonight from what is a very 'physical' Catalans side. A few HIAs here, maybe a dodgy sin binning/ban there. Does this make me a bad person?

Given the stance that Sam Burgess made at Souths when dealing with Latrell Mitchell, and subsequently it looks like he was right all along, I can`t see Burgess taking any crap from ANY of our players.
We made the mistake of loaning King out to Wigan last season when we should have allowed Wakefield to take him.
If he is isn`t committed to the Wire then I agree a 1 month initial loan deal with Barrow could give him time to reflect.

Crowther was out of sorts at Wakey.
The Wakey forum users telling us that his brother is better, and we’d signed the wrong one.
A player few had heard of until hecarrinvef. , but he’s punching above his weight.
1 Jordan hasn’t a brother, probably referring to the Batchelors.
2 he suffered a couple of niggling injuries last season
3 he was out on loan for a couple of years under a certain coach and lost
two years of development, in my opinion would have been playing at a
higher level at a bigger club before now.

Did you watch the video, though? I definitely got the feeling that Burgess didn't want to say too much, but was happy to point out that King's behaviour wasn't what he'd expect from a 'modern day' player.
I get the feeling he likes King enough as a 'personality', but I'm also certain that he won't make room in the team for a player that's not going to put themselves on the line every week for the cause. If King wants to dictate when he plays, despite the ridiculously high salary he's on, he can do it at Hull. Tony Smith seems to be giving the Hull players a lot of freedom to p*** around at the moment anyway.

| I have just watched the video. Blimey stop feeding on every little word that Sam says ... otherwise he will start being like every other coach and say nothing. Easy to stir up crap for a player. Move on.

| Coach at ease with his players and having a bit of a tease. I might be wrong. As a coach if a player says he's injured that's it ... but you might call him a wimp. Not a big deal for me.

I can understand your view, I just think there's a lot more to come from him and at the moment some of his decision making is iffy particularly within set plays. His ' high ball under pressure' doesn't inspire me with confidence and I can imagine him and Thewlis being bombed all match long by Saints.

My post wasn't talking much about the top 5 as such, more about his positional play that they picked up on - particularly in relation to where Williams was.
FWIW I agree with you top 3 but Field and Welsby agead.
