This loss can be blamed on Price as moved our best to second row an other to fullback put ratch in . But that said we started the game thinking we will win easy and got caught cold as we often do coaching fault again lack of motivation for game

Well the highlight of tonight was barrie getting pilloried by the folks around the southstand, after the Edwards try, it went quiet and he was doing a bit for TV, and he got told to shut up in no uncertain terms.

Or.. just keep going with that second half line-up. Ratchford linking up the outside backs from full back, Austin actually looking interested.

We have, we just haven’t got a coach, who can create set plays and lines for them to run. Watch Currie shine next year under Powell I have a feeling that will be our go to side, I’ve got massive hopes for the lad under a good attacking coach.

Two? Swear Mamo set Thewlis up and Clark scooted over.

With Salford. Let’s have some context.

Watson hasn’t spent half the money we have nor does he have the players/facilities we have. It’s such an unfair arguement. He worked wonders at Salford.

Could price or Powell have got Salford in to 2 finals in the first place? Could Watson or price have won the hubcap with cas? I'd definitely say price couldn't have done the others I think could have done.

Powell and Watson would both have been good choices, Powell regularly gets the best from his squads and the same can be said for Watson although he hasn't had to work under any pressure before when at Salford so a question mark does remain.

Powell for me is the best coach of the 3, Watson has potential to be better and price did very well to bring us the challenge cup and he did awfully to have a squad as expensive and talented as ours play so miserably and fail so meekly, so often.

True he did he got beat by saints who were red hot favourites and by Leeds who we'd of put 50 on..now for Powell who consistently get cas up where they have no right to be ..not saying Watson is a bad coach just glad we never got him..happy with powell.tho not my 1st choice

Huddersfield are at full cap having spent a fortune assembling their squad. Watson has no excuses this season, let's see what he does.

Ratchford created the overlap for the Thewlis try. It was a good team try and the pass from Mamo was excellent, but without Ratchford there is no space created on the outside.

First half was absolutely pathetic, vintage price that first 40 minutes. Getting absolutely bulldozed down the middle and offering very little in attack, the half time shellacking worked for roughly 20mins then we went back to giving away soft penalties to the opposition & let them creep back into the game.

Inglis offers us nothing at full back other than a battering ram, as soon as we switched him to centre he did better & scored before doing his hamstring (doubt we will see him again for couple months).

No wonder King and couple others are wanting away, we should be doing better.

Any half decent fullback would have been there to create the overlap. It wasn’t anything out the ordinary.
