Featherstone is the destination for Paul Wood

By posting on the Fev board Tipster you seem very assured it's a done deal, I would like Woody to stay but if he has issues then I hope one way or another all works out well for Paul Wood.

So long as Woody is ok within himself I don't mind where he goes.

The statement confirms Woody requested his own release, as appreciative as we all are for his time at Warrington the club had no other option, and he goes with the clubs and fans best wishes.

Not really, if you pardon the expression he's been part of the woodwork here since his academy days, plus now leaving Westwood as the only Wilderspool alumnus

Best wishes Woody on his day as good as anyone and only missed out on more rep honours due to injuries some of which a lesser character would not have got over.

I think it's fair to say he has held his own in terms of being a front row forward & has been at least the equal of many of our top props throughout the English game.
