Seems someone needs to change their knickers after their early season start.
As I alluded to earlier. New coach and over achievement early season.
Hull have now "levelled out", and will do what Cas did last year (start brilliant, then slump)

Oh and there was me thinking that a major part of us losing the last three is because we've roughly had around 14 first teamers missing for weeks!

Hull had 14 out? Impressive. What players?

Over the last few weeks we've been missing

Westerman
Moa
O'Carroll
O'Meley
Aspinwall
Martin
Turner
Seymour
Horne
McKinnon
Yeaman
Heremia
Bowden
Green
Burnett

The likes of Heremia, Westerman, O'Meley, Burnett and Yeaman have missed basically all the season if not all of it.

We've brought in Bowden, Kent, Niklas, Green, Ellis, Crooks who have all played about 3 games of SL each barring Ellis who's played about 6.

Oh, I see. Sorry, I thought you meant you were missing 14 first teamers. You're making up the numbers a bit there, aren't you?

My apologise if it came across that, but looking at that list. Westerman, Moa, O'Carroll, O'Meley, Turner, Seymour, Horne, McKinnon, Heremia, Yeaman and Aspinwall would make it into Hulls first choice 17.

Well at least Hull have got an an excuse? What's our excuse for our poor start to the season? Why were we so bad against Leeds, Saints and Catalans? Injuries or just not up to the job against top sides?

This is more or less how it's gone for Hull with their previous two coaches. A few early wins, a bit of optimism, followed by a 'horrendous injury list'. For a while Hull fans will blame said injury list for the ensuing defeats, looking forward to the golden moment at which the coach will have 'his own team' and everyone will be back fit. After a couple of seasons of this eventuality not looking imminent, they will eventually oversee the removal of the coach and praise the new Messiah.

Browny is absolutely spot on. Maybe they should be looking at their pre-season and pre-match preparation and sack the Conditioner and Physio before they look at the coach. They should also have had second thoughts about another contract for that one man injury list that is Richard Horne.

hmm, the Yeaman that has played 7 games out of 11? Out of your injury list, I make it 5 were in the squad this weekend? If you are going to count every player that's a missed a game over the whole season, we might be looking at about 14 too!
