| Quote: Geordie "Same block as me, I am happy with them even though I wanted to get right behind the sticks'"
yeah we wanted behind the sticks but preferably the £41 quid ones, but when I got to the ticket office and was offered the choice of tickets in upper 504 for £41 or lower 117 for £26 it was a no brainer......
I'd rather be close to the action than be miles away but have a bit of extra leg room! ...

| Quote: Geordie "It appears to me that the problem is with the RFL, they should give a whole allocation of blocks to the club at every price band and allow them to sell them rather than only giving the clubs specific prices in specific blocks.
Also there is little priority given to holding a season ticket and as the home games are not selling out little point in buying them for next year.'"
Couldn't agree more

While I can understand season ticket holders being upset at not having first crack at best seats I found the whole experience quite enjoyable, especially meeting up with Geordie and co.
Took me about 20 minutes to get my tickets for the stadium and the Wire Flyer and now looking forward to a great day out with the barmy army.
It just goes to show how important being successful is - my kids haven't been for best part of three years but now have got the Wembley bug.
Hopefully this will rekindle their spirits and their interest will be a little more than Wolfie showing his bottom!

| Well Gary, I am pleased for you. I got there at 7.30 am and queued, to be told a little later that £31 tickets were being sold from a turnstile round the corner. Vast majority went round there and, on gaining entry, were told it was cash only.
Back to the original queue.
Told they were selling tickets and travel tickets in the shop.
Queued there till told it was travel only. Opened at 9 am and queued in the
shop, while a kindly exiled Scots couple retained my place in the other queue.
Back to original quieue, but noticed that there was a smaller queue at the "upper tier" window, at £31.
Queued there and got my tickets and home at 10.30 am - only 3 hours stood up, and messed about. The signage at the stadium was an amateur joke.
The staff were coping admirably with what was becoming a disgruntled queue. By the way, the couple who had saved my place in the other queue were still at exactly the same spot as they had started.
Got so excited at getting my train tickets, I forgot to get my tickets for Friday's game at Wigan! Ahhhhhhhh!

So Gary, what's the point of being a season ticket holder then?

You didn't have to wait to wednesday to get tickets, and you could also buy more than 1 ticket, so family/friends can seat with you.

Anyone, absolutely anyone can go to the rfl and get as many tickets as they want in all the warrington allocated seats.
Quite simply its wrong and the club will know about it.

To be honest I don't care, I am going to Wembley to watch my team, I would crawl through broken glass to make sure I am there, at the end of the day it's only a seat you are still getting to see the Wolves at Wembeley.'"
That's how I feel G,
I am going to Wembley to see the team I love.
I got my ticket quickly with no pain at all and even if i had a bit of messing around my irritation would not have lasted 5 minutes because I am going to see the Wires at Wembley.
I am not being disrespectful to those who had problems today and I know it is frustrating when things don't run as smoothly as we would want, but we are ALL going to see the team we love at Wembley, (except if you are a Wigan or Saints fan off course )

24554.jpg The Wire - It's Time To Believe
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will.
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low, and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with the twists and turns,
AS everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Don't give up through the pace seems slow.
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit,
It's when things seem worse,
that you must not quit.
NOW THE WIRE!:24554.jpg |

Phoned up 'C' tickets I think its called to get my Wire Flyer tickets, the man thought I was after ground tickets so asked me if I was a season ticket holder, when I said yes did I need my ticket number to get ground tickets he said, "na if you say you have a season ticket that will do" so the hole thing is a crock, wish I'd have got my ground tickets of him, if I'd Known that the club was going to be so inept at everything instead a poor mate of mine ended up queuing for over three hours and five different lines and in the end didn't get near to wear we wanted
Not impressed at all Warrington

You can book on the rfl site as well without being a season ticket holder so doesnt really matter that see tickets weren't too bothered about it

I wanted a block of 24 tickets, and you could not get this at all yesterday when I was looking in the Warrington section.
In fact I struggled to get 4 together in many sections.
I went and got 24 together from the club today within 40 minutes.
This isn't football, the finals don;t sell out until the last second, if at all, so tickets shouldn't be limited as it will put people off.
The fact is we can all get tickets. Surely that is all that counts. Okay it may be frustrating that we can't all hand pick our seats, and I agree that some of the arrangements were shoddy to say the least, but this is a Wembley final, we can;t all have exactly what we want.
Can I als point out the benefits of Season Tickets for people that are struggling with it:
2-4 free games, depending on time of purchase
Half price Magic Weekend Tickets
Reserved seats in seated areas, or guaranteed spot for big games.
Free Challenge Cup Rd4
First choice on limited capacity games (semi for example)
This year the club have also put free coaches on for a couple of games.
Like I said, the club could have organised things better today, but to get all hysterical and state that you will not buy a season ticket, and what is the point of having one, is way OTT, IMO of course.
