A Mexican Wave is synonymous with people who are bored by the game they are watching. It would have been very apt for the Wakefield v Warrington game earlier in the season. Due to the lack of atmosphere yesterday, I suppose it would have been apt for that also.

Same logic would dictate that you do not give applause for an injured opposition player being carried off.

Maybe for our game against crusaders we could borrow the percussion section from the manchester philharmonic to stand in the south! We could get some great drum beats going along with cowbells, xylophone, woodblock, bongos and even clash cymbals. Maybe the crusaders fans could bring a welsh mens choir with them whilst the people in the east stand bang on tambourines. Yes im being ridiculous but so is the guy that so enthusiastically thinks banging a sodding drum wins us games. I personally think the atmosphere was crap on sunday but im still glad the drum never started.

We need an anthem, a great, slow, hairs on the back of your neck standing anthem that is ours.

We need an awe inspiring anthem that is easy to learn, and sounds amazing when all the people join in.
That's what i've always wanted to come out at Wire.
Songs like 'just can't get enough' are naff. Drums are a bit small time for me, they don't irritate me like the do with a lot of posters but i'm i don't miss them when they aren't there either.

Now are we talking something old and rousing like "Guide me o thou great redeemer" (aka TS, SM, LB) or soemthing more modern like "You raise me up" (noooooo...NOT THE WESTLIFE VERSION!!!!!!!)
