castlefords problem came after their shirt had been produced, was an out of the blue problem. warrington agreed to produce the shirts, cas had no choice but to produce something quickly as they mentioned, the cover could have worked well, but unfortunately this time it hasnt. they will be producing better quality shirts as we speak, where the sponsor isnt stuck over the previous one. considering the responses we have heard about from our retail team, i dont see them trying to do anything, other than deny the problem exists, and then claim that they sorted it by putting a sticker on the bag!

castleford's situation is unfortunate, where as ours is self-inflcted!

Can we have ones that don't fall apart when washed and have the patches on the right way up... also could the sponsors on the replica shirts be the same size as on the players shirts.. like ALL the other clubs in superleague have (apart from castleford).

Use a bit of common sense. If the sticker on the packaging contradicts with the one on the label, go with the safer option and hand wash it in cold/slightly warm water. A tried and tested method that has worked. You are not a robot, you have a brain. You do not have to follow instructions to the letter.

yes you're right... the shirts are fine... i don't know what everyone is complaining about.

I like the shirt comfy to wear. sponsor is a bit big think it's the colour of it that makes it look worse. why didn't they just stitch the lupus motto like the back end of last year. Wouldn't be bothered if it washed off after a year or so but one wash then the club won't refund or exchange is a bit of a joke really

the club HAVE to exchange it for you, as long as you have the receipt, when you put stickers on a shirt that's instructions are wrong, you are admitting defeat, and if as you say you did, bought the shirt well before xmas then they have no argument, as they didn't put the stickers on until the week before xmas if that soon. the shirt is faulty, an exchange will be granted, given you have the receipt that is.

Yes girlfriend bought it 2-3 weeks before Xmas she said she will go with the receipt weekend see if she gets any further. like talking to a wall when I go

my best advice is to keep calm, and dont accept no for an answer, youve purchased a product that didnt have a warning label on at the time, and you followed the instructions as any person would do that didnt know there were problems with it. but as i say, it may be difficult but keep calm and they will see sense!

people dont want an exact replica just one that at least looks like the one the players wear so other fans know weve turned up at the right match....

I have one that looks exactly the same it may not be made out of the same temex material that wicks sweat away from your skin, it may not be made from the ionised energy fabric, and it may not even be double stitched for added strength but it looks dam like it.

and I dont want to look like a player or wear tight shirts and show off my titties but i'm not a dick and I know whats worth £40 quid and what isnt and just because players jerseys are now £80 it doesnt mean for £40 they can all of sudden decide to make a jersey that isnt the same design as the players and is of poor quality.

Mine is now a lovely shade of blue and Green.... Washed on a cold setting as well. Really happy now as I will look like everyone else.
