We laugh but it still hurts. I knew when I was 18 at Wembley watching my hopes and dreams be trampled on by that lot that our day would come again.

I hope they get to taste the bitterness of defeat. I can't get it out of my head though that they will win and all the memories come back.

To many the game would seem in the bag for Wire so theres no pressure on Wigan especially with a few injuries. If I were Brian Noble i'd just tell the Wigan side to go out and have a go because we may aswell go down fighting against what i'm led to believe is now the best side in superleague

Stop being a nob. No-one is saying Warrington are the best team in the league, only that we are in form and should be confident going into the game. What's wrong with that?

There's massive pressure on both clubs - Warrington because of decades of underachievement and mediocrity, Wigan because of a superiority complex that is an ingrained as it is misguided. The reality is that the players won't give a shiny one.

I don't think Wire fans having confidence is misguided at all tbh and the more sensible ones on here will admit that your favourites in a tight contest but one or 2 of the posts have basically just written off any challenge from Wigan.

Like i say that pleases me and the 'fact' that we'll go in as underdogs is great for us. In the play offs for the past 2 years we went in as underdogs at Catalans and won, away at Bradford and won(just) and away at Hull and won. I don't class us any more of an underdog in this game and we've got some experience in these type of games.

I literally feel like we have nothing to lose in this game and i'm pretty confident the players will give it a dig. They're all about ego and this is a perfect game for them.
