I do find it annoying and disrespectful to opposition teams to say that 'we'll smash tem by 50 et etc'
Having said that the quality of the crusaders game was attrocious IMO and i reckon maybe I could have put 50 past them!

A couple of people talking crap on the internet doesn't mean our whole fan base think it.

But on the flip side Wire haven't shown this sort of consistency in years!! Arrogance is a pet hate of mine but surely we can be quietly confident of all games we go into?

Take a leaf out of TS book and keep feet firmly on the ground we have some very tough fixtures coming up and it will test the team to its limit, we need luck on the injury front, but I do have more faith this year in the fringe players than prev years, and this year we have been able to pick when and when and were to play them unlike prev seasons when we had to throw several in at the deep end because of the injury crisis we went through for a couple of seasons. wont be taking any of the next three games lightly, we will have to be on our A game for all 3

As a Leeds fan as you can imagine we have been getting plenty of stick this season. it's quite funny as the pies, your lot, even sanits are giving it some again which is a suprise to be honest. Even hudds up to this week have been at it! All saying how they are gonna be unstoppable and champions! I've had to laugh as only one team can win it so there are gonna be plenty of fans who look stupid come season end. as you will have already worked out if you are serious title contenders winning the cc is no consolation to not winning the big prize at OT! In 09 hudds season didn't fall apart until late august! there is a lot to unfold this season.

A few overenthusiastic 'kids' get ahead of themselves with the 'we're gonna destroy them' style quotes and all Wire fans get labelled cocky and arrogant. Just the same as a handful of 'fans' can't handle their ale and get aggresive and we're all labelled as 'scum'. Truth is that the vast majority of Wire fans are all too well aware that we are more than capable of imploding and being on the wrong end of a hiding to just about anyone.

I genuinely can't imagine Tony Smith directing his squad to rlfans or facebook for advice from the Gurus of Warrington.

this season maybe more than any other has shown us that anyone on the day can get hammered, dish out the hammering or think the game is in the bag and get beat! it looks like my team Leeds will be 4th to 8th hopfully not worse but it could happen. I think if Leeds hit the play offs in great form we can take it out from anywhere! it's gonna be ding dong to the last! saints can vouch for the fact that battering teams week in week out means dick if you don't get the job done come season end!

The fact of the matter is that a side will only play like that once or twice a season. I'd put money on us not performing that well again this season.

We've put 60 points on the board two weeks running to be fair. Bit of a gulf in quality of opposition, granted, but you can only play what is in front of you.
