If I were Sky, I'd just move over the commentators and hosts from their Spanish football coverage. Don't know them by name, but there is the regular commentator and then some cockney fella who is somehow associated to Spanish football. They stick to talking about the game, barely stir and seem to understand modern concepts about football. Pretty much every knob pundit-ing on English football these days is borderline clueless. Whether it's Chiles, the Irish t[iit[/i off MOTD2 or whoever, they all come across as generally ignorant, gaining most of their 'material' from the red tops. Every now and then you get the good ex-pro, mainly foreign, that offer good analysis and understanding, but they are often too 'good' for the Sky target audience.

Probably is. Not had Sky for a couple of years now so not always been able to watch English coverage, but I think he's a top commentator who swerves the BS and keeps things on the game.

Rob Palmer is the main spanish play by play guy, and Mark Bolton is the presenter. Think the colour commentator is, as Mark says, Terry Gibson.

Unless you mean Graham Hunter, who is kind of a reporter so to speak. He lives in Spain and has quite a good knowledge of Spanish football. He's like Tim Vickery, who lives in Brazil I think.

Now that the dust has started to settle on this issue I'd just like to congratulate SKY on their stand against sexism. Anyone know who the soccerette on Soccer Am is this week ???
