Briers average? I've heard it all now.  He is a supremely gifted halfback, and if there were more "average" players like him then RL would be a lot more watchable than it is currently.

Agreed, he is a very good player, but can easily be a penalty machine. I also can't understand why some people don't rate John Wilkin, superb player in several positions, and one you'd want alongside you rather than against you. |

One last thing though, briers is definitely average and is definitely first off when the going gets tough.
