I have been to Barcelona many times. La Ramblas at night can be trouble but I feel in more danger on Bridge Strett on a Sataurday night.

Barclena if you are stupid or naïve you can find trouble, if you are sensible you can have a great time till daylight if you want.

So my friends who were robbed on the metro were being stupid and naive for getting the metro

any major city you are going to find pickpockets etc especially the tourist areas.been barcalona a few times and enjoyed it part of the wekend entertainment is sat in cafe on rambles watching the african girls work.

I went to Manchester last night having a drink in the city centre while the girls were at the MEN. No trouble, no pick pocketing, no beggars.

Seems like this country isn't so bad after all.

Fully understand what your saying and i agree that it goes on in every major city, i feel Barcelona more than others but to say people who get into trouble are stupid and naive is way of the mark and for the record my friend had is wallet in his front pocket but they are professional and very good at what they do, i used the metro and didn't have a problem i also told the prostitutes were to go and the beer/drug sellers accept your first answer, i didn't have a problem and would go back next month if i could but your stupid and naive comment peeved me off, it's like saying people go out of there way to have there stuff nicked.

Great weekend . more than the 1500 the TV are saying about the WIRE turn out. Ryanair should be done over the trade discription act as stating. Reus as Bacelona Airport when it's a good 1.30 hours away. Thats like saying Birminigham for Blackpool. What a joke. Barcelona again? NO. To much trouble with pick pockets ete.. SLIM WAS RIGHT.

i've been a lot of cities around europe never known so many incidents in one weekend you accept that these things happen but never so many and so frequently

it bloody isnt like any other city its a horrible place so many people got robbed have to watch your back everywere u go. saw it for myself match day

from personal experiece... you get offered illegal subastances in every city... including manchester where i live at the moment... we have had a great time... we are still here... and the city is brilliant... first time i have been here and would definitely come again, locals very welcoming, result considering we have had a perfect weekend... you get bellends everywhere and as long as you are sensible you can have a brilliant time...
to p.s. the catalans v czech republic game, although one sided, was brilliant... all in all... a good time was had by all :p
