I do hope you ban the fans who went mental at Wembley yet booed there team off a mere 3 weeks later

Warrington fans are passionate and show their emotions. I have sat at neutral matches and from my experience would class HKR and Salford the same. The less passionate ones are Bradford, Wigan, St Helens, who go very quiet when they are getting beat or even going to Wembley (Bulls), leave early despite being 6 points behind with 10 mins to go.

The upside of this passion is the praise as we had at Wembley, Wigan away, the semi etc. The downside is that when we play badly, we let the team know how we feel. Sometimes they go too far as with Rodwell.

At the end of the first half, our fans, not me, let the team know how they felt about their performance. 15 minutes later when they emerged from the tunnel. the same fans raised the roof to spur them on, despite the score being the same.

There were plenty still there at the end to cheer the season as a whole, chant Mathers name. Which is more that can be said for Huddersfield in the cup or Wigan in July when we beat them.

Hope Huddersfield play like the first half against Saints next week.

Good post especially that first sentence. My comment made last night may have been in the heat of the moment, but it's how I felt at the time and I felt strongly about it. I'm very passionate and show my emotions, maybe not at the game much but I do sometimes on here.

The people who booed at half time, and went early and didn't stay to clap the team, well, that's up to them if they want to do that. I don't agree with it, but I'm not going to have a go at people for doing it. Me personally, I didn't boo at half time, nor did I leave early. I stayed and clapped the guys off, wished all the departing players the best of luck and that was that.

There was only ONE thing that I really took exception to last night, and I made my feelings known about it on here. Yes, it may have been a bit harsh, but that's how I felt at the time. We don't deserve fans who cheer when players get subbed; it's shows a serious lack of class and good grace not to mention an extreme amount of ignorance.

like the guy said people in glass houses and all that iunderstand what your saying about fans leaving early thats their choice doesn't make them disgraceful at the end of the day they at least put their hands in their pockets in these times of hardship and came and supported the team i was more disappointed and suprised by the turnout tbh

Booing is just a way of showing your frustration at the performance. I don't boo usually but i did last night as it was a terrible performance. But i also tried to lift the players like im sure others did. Atleast people started to leave when cudjoe scored in the last minute not 15 minutes before the end like some set of fans . I stayed to applaud the players for the great season we have had and to thank Mathers, Vinnie and Penny.

Saints where a miles better and already had experience on peaking a different times in the year, what we have yet to gain, with it being the 1st time we have won a cup and then made the play-offs
