Also, if there was no crowd trouble, no one would be talking about the crowd trouble.

| Gobsmacked at how bad that Mcilorum knee is on Clark. Absolute thuggery. He's lucky it was Clark and not someone smaller like Patton, they could have been knocked unconscious or even worse. If you did that to someone in the street after a night out you'd be in jail for assault. How did Child's miss it for a start and then how did the video ref not go back and tell him. Absolutely disgraceful.

| The disciplinary will create a situation where the punishment is 50-50 they will not pull the players that need pulling over the coals, as ever they will lack direction and the bottle to sort out those that need sorting.

I'm not talking about the trouble in the stands, which is disgraceful on all parts involved, i'm talking about what went on in the game on the pitch.

So you think people are only blaming both parties for the fight on the pitch just because its Warrington? They gave away 7 penalties for high tackles inside of an hour. Both sides were as ill disciplined as each other.

James child gave a lot of penalties against us for high tackles, some were soft, some were justified, and whilst we did lose our cool , it was down to him letting catalans get away with quite a lot, which is a regular occurence, and as i've mentioned for years now, dragons home games have resulted in specators (usually neutral) complaining about their house tactics and whichever headcase they currently have on roster, which is currently edwards, gigot bird and the ex wigan contingent, and previously dave taylor, brent webb and Olivier elima.
Case in point for saturday, greg bird after getting the 2 soft penalties from patton's 'high' tackles, just let go of the ball in front of the touch judge in a tackle, which was adjudged to be a strip, he was laughing at how it was going.
Both sides were ill disciplined, only one side got penalised for it, then it went daft.
The tip tackles
The several early attempted and connected swingers
the tackle where austin got injured with a player dropping on his legs in the tackle, the knee in the head austin copped.
chris hill's headguard getting removed ,magically.
The knee in d clarks face
The cannonball to j clark
Edwards kneeling on matt davis face which had a haematoma on it after he had been tackled high.
and throw in tomkins, gigot and bird all chunnering at him for a good 5 minutes after he gave a weird penalty for obstruction against them, they're not captain so why is he allowing it?
Now you can retort with the stuff that we got penalised for, and theres the difference, we got penalised.

You didnt get penalised when the touch judge told the referee that mamo started a second scuffle by running in after McIllorum got a yellow for nudging a warrington player. Lineham didnt get penalised for jumping into the scuffle at the end and punching anyone he could see.
Gigot was penalised more than once for dissent. Tomkins was penalised for dissent.
The tip tackle was penalised. Chris hills headguard being removed was gamesmanship. That's never been a penalty and never will be. All he had to do was go pick it up. No worse than the fax player untying the saints players shoes last week
The knee to the head Austin got was accidental, tomkins was coming across covering. Didnt see the other player cannonball, was watching the head. Probably should have been a penalty for contact with the head mind, but isnt given in a lot of cases.
The knee to Clark's head i watched a few times. Still 50/50 as to whether it was on purpose. Mcilorum was moving into acting half, and Clark was in the way. He wasnt looking at Clark, he was looking into front of him. Its unusual not to look down at the ptb though so I think he knew what he was doing. Clark certainly got up fast enough once play was stopped and he wasnt getting a penalty.
Edwards is a tool, I have no argument for that one.
Not looking to argue btw, just saying what I see. I dont have many rl fans to discuss things with so I come on here

| If you come out of a tackle with someone's headguard in your hand, I'd like to know how it cannot be given as a high tackle.

Tackle the chest/shoulder/anywhere, then while in the tackle get hold of the headguard and take it off? lots of tackles then end up with hands in faces/over the head arent high tackles

| i've watched chris hill play for 7 years, his headguard has never come off, and it used to be an automatic penalty for removing an oppositions headguard, contrary conduct.

| Quote: Saddened! "Ben Pomeroy was throwing glass bottles at the Warrington fans? Is this actually true?'"
Yes, there is video evidence.
Quote: Saddened! " If so, was it bottles, or just the one? '"
Why does it matter how many? he still threw a glass bottle into the fans.
Quote: Saddened! "Why was he throwing bottles at fans of his former club? I'm confused.'"
probably due to the fact wire fans were taking exception to being abused and being spat on as some accounts have re-called. and an altercation had broke out because of it.
Quote: Saddened! "I thought you said it was Ben Pomeroy's fault? Now it's all the French people?'"
I don't believe I actually said that it was all Pomeroy's fault. Just that I'd challenge anyone not to kick off if that was happening. It's a major factor.
Quote: Saddened! "it's perfectly clear from the videos people are sharing that there was no ongoing use of objects by those in the box, in fact there is no evidence of it at all.'"
Yes there is. It's on video. French "VIP's" in the box using chairs as wepons and them being thrown. Just be cause you haven't seen it does not mean it's not there.

| If you're referring to the Blake Austin spear tackle - it wasn't penalised (Child admitted he didn't see it - how you can't see a player with the ball being tackled i'll never know). Why on earth are you saying Lineham should be penalised in that brawl at the end for running in and punching??? Do you remember how that brawl started? Lineham may get retrospective punishment if he was doing what you suggest but he was hardly going to be the player penalised from that incident was he? It's madness that Warrington are being accused of being blindly biased when there is this utter nonsense from opposition fans.

| the mcIlorum tackle at the end summed up catalans game, seconds left, he went launching himself at a cynical high tackle, safe in the knowledge that eff all would be done, it wasn't needed, the game was over and he went head hunting needlessly which started the brawl
WE've even got one saints troll who's not been here in years on the VT break out that he did it in defence of sita going in with the shoulder, which never happened. it was just a cynical foul, again, which mcilorum has previous for, and most if not all opposition fans have a dislike for, however as mentioned, this week, everyone has turned a blind eye to it.
