What do they do during pre-season because they've not eradicated any of the mistakes and poor attacking options that were dished up last year. Nothing has changed. Could do better. The only bonus is I've not paid to watch this dross.

My overall impression last year was good defence with poor attack.

So far it's pathetic attack and poor defence.

Yes Castleford had a few calls go for them that shouldn't have but Castleford actually played like they wanted the game.

Lot's of improvement needed for the next game and the rest of the season.

Fair play to Cas. They played like they were coached and were very smooth with combinations working well.

We have been comfortably the worst team on show this weekend. Price needs to be gone before the end of April. His coaching and decision making are atrocious.

I want crowds back but I'm not interested in attending a match until price has gone. He's awful, a terrible coach ruining this team. I want to be back at the HJ but not until he's gone. We could do with losing the first 4 or 5 price getting sacked and then we can get a proper coach in.

As I said on a previous post, fair play to Cas.
Truman and McShane were immense.
Their short kicking game was outstanding. They outshone our halves.
They targeted our right but that's understandable and exposed it with some good play.
Not a good game for Charnley though.
Then again I really don't like the continued use of Lineham and Charnley as battering rams.

A long season coming up.....

All the blame goes on Steve Price for you? There were lots of individual mistakes that aren't his fault, Charnley's performance in particular was shocking. There were some odd decisions, Wrench starting when Ashton can play centre was a funny one and having Clark on the bench another one I'm not convinced by as Walker isn't up to standard of a starting hooker. But a lot of dreary individual showings. It reminds me of some periods for Saints when the coaches would come out and say it's fine and we'll be great when the weather is better.
