We're not talking Thatto Heath under 9s here.

I'd take Briers under Kear. He can have Agars job.
Monas as coach? What has he done as a coach? What risk again must we endure. Haven't we learnt anything from Lowes appointment?

I wonder how many of you lot that are moaning on here and that have actually suggested voting with your feet this week by not going are the self same posters that gloated last season when the Rhinos were in the exact self same predicament as you are currently in and couldn't buy a win

The Rhinos fans stuck by the team when they were at their lowest ebb for god knows how many years and so should you.....Unless you are all Bandwagon glory hunters who were only here for the good times?

You are showing as much heart and desire for the club you love as the current squad are......You both need to urgently up your game and not give up!

But Monaghan isn't our current assistant like Lowes was.

Monaghan never spoke like an uneducated idiot like Lowes did.

Monaghan spoke well about how our poor defence was ingrained in our DNA and would take a long time to get the poor structures out of our system. ..James Lowes couldn't spell DNA. ....

I would be suprised but pleased if Monaghan was given the job just like when Brian johnson got it....

I bought a season ticket as I always do and always will. That means I'm going to the game.

If I didn't have a season ticket I sure as hell wouldn't be going. There are plenty of better things I could put that money towards.

I made all bar three away games last season and so far I've refused to go to any. after two tickets, the cost to get there and other expenses, standing in Yorkshire (where I don't particularly enjoy being anyway), just to watch my team put in a half-@r5ed effort... Well I'm sorry but they can shove it. If they looked like they were trying or at least bothered it would be different. But they're not.

If it's not sorted out soon I won't be surprised if there is a sit in protest, or season cards on the pitch. I wouldn't blame them if they did either. The dross being served up is nothing short of disgraceful. At least Leeds last year looked up for it and were scoring tries. most they time they were just being edged out, we're getting hammered week in week out.

Why don't we let Kear answer for me.
Which he seems to be doing anyway.

Anyways, I have it on good authority that TS position is not under threat. The board is 100% behind him.

TS's position won't be under threat until the fans at home games switch allegiance and call for his head (sad but true). The board can only go so far with this 100% backing. I would guess that at present they are sounding out potential suitors whilst offering 100% backing to the incumbent, that how this works.

Get beat on Saturday and the house of cards will start to crumble. The majority of players are not backing TS at the moment and he has a massive job turning that around, but with his ego I don't think he will have the passion for that. All this time passing by the players, TS and the Board are dragging this club down a road we don't want to go down.

Many wanted smith gone last weekend, the weekend before... end of last season etc.

As it stands, he's still here so lets follow the team. I mentioned staying away, but I've changed my mind. Smith will be here until he is, but we will have a team and a club long afterwards, clearly the team needs the fans at the moment. If the players are disillusioned with what is going on, last thing we want they to grow disillusioned with is the fans.

There is a big difference between "supporting" and "voting". The teams form is diabolical BUT reading the forum at the moment is like sitting in the midst of a toddlers tantrum. I want to win and if I don't I'll scweam and scweam.

If the players in a team just start to hold back a small amount then the score will rocket and you end up with 50 to 60 points against before you know it. Remember the London Broncos match in 2012 just before the cc final when they put 62 against us and looked like superstars? So if the team were capitulating because the coach had 'lost the boot room' we would certainly know it. If you look at the players during the match I would say that most appear to be putting in a decent amount of effort, it seems though that heads go down after conceding a try / bad error, so confidence and morale is probably the issue. Lets not forget that for the players this is their job and source of income. Supporters can opt out of games, but they can't, and poor performances and or attitude could end in them being signed by a Championship club next time around.

wigan held back saints are no longer the team to put 80 on us Leigh well enough said about the we've not faced a team that has the ability to put us to the sword or willing to like wigan could have easily.

I feel that there are big differences between the game against london and how were playing every player that was on the pitch would have been trying to protect themselves for injury so would at least be available for the final where as now they have no reason whatsoever to be performing in the way that they are if your seen any effort put in I assume your glass is forever half full. I do se a team that are underperformingg and players that are better than many on here would have us believe but I dot think that confidence can be a valid reason for our performances we according to some had a successful season last year we have improved in some areas and beat an nrl side so confidence should be at an all time high!!!!

That's a shame, Unlike you I find it very easy to ignore your posts. If you care to look back through some of my previous posts, you may find that you were more successful ignoring my posts than you give yourself credit for. There you may find the answer your question.
I kindly do not wish to take up any more of your attention by repeating myself.

I agree confidence would have been high after the Broncos game, but we have lost 5 in a row since then and I am guessing that morale has dropped with each game. Cas thrashed Leeds recently by 60 points and Leeds didn't capitulate from what I saw of the game. If the Wire players stopped trying you would see a big score put on the team, however we have lost our matches by 8 points, 10, 12, 14. Only in the last game against Saints was there a big points difference.
At the end of the day we don't know what is going on behind the scenes so it's all guesswork. There are plenty of rumours, but there always are when teams start to struggle. You may be right that the team are not putting in the effort, but my guess is 2-3 players badly out of form + missing key players early season + drip, drip of defeats causing fall in morale.
