Another double page spread in the Daily Mirror today for Woody.
With Woody getting more national and international media exposure for the game of rugby league than any other current player can we expect a campaign from his hometown's rugby fans to have his salary exempted from the salary cap? Super League can't afford to lose its one true national media celebrity due to the salary cap restricting his potential earnings.

I don't think his DECLARED salary of £10K would have much effect.   |
