I posted that exact thought in the Wigan thread - it does seem very similar lets hope it doesn't take Moz as long as it took Scholes to recover

If its that bad then the guy should do the right thing by himself, his family and the club by retiring.

I honestly hope you're wrong. In fact I'd like him to play on Saturday.

| The curious thing about this is that prior to the Harlequinns game Morley himself was dropping massive hints that he would be back for the game in london.
Maybe the injury was improving but stopped and he has been left with more permanent damage which might take an age to recover if it ever does.
The way smith is talking it does appear that it may be career threatening.

| Can we all stop being amateur psychologists, reading your own thoughts into a few soundbites
Let's just hope Moz has a quick recovery, and is back in the P&B, WITH MINIMUM RISK TO HIS HEALTH (the most important).
Haste ye back, Moz.
It's actually quite refreshing to go on the Worrier website, and see (on the whole) the good wishes extended to Moz...with a few exceptions from the usual "plantpots". Well done Worriers, good to see.

I give up anyone want a ticket?
Might as well hand Wigan the cup and start a scum thread right now.

| So it's Morley, Harrison and Anderson that are "Injured" and will miss the game on Saturday.
Well if that's the case, bring your kits you might get a game.

| Gutted he won't be playing, and hope his problem doen't turn out to be a long term one.
On a positive note, there are worse players we could lose. We still have Wood and Carvell to start. If they can manage 60 mins each, that only leaves another 40 mins.
I'm more concerned about losing both Anderson (source?) and Harrison. Will Cooper be fit?
Hodgson
Monas J
Bridge
Atkins
King
Briers
Myler
Carvell
Monas M
Wood
Clarke
Westwood
Grix
Solomona
Higham
Cooper

| If the rumours (and I stress IF) are true, we NEED Cooper to "step up" for this one.
If we wants to endear himself to us (the fans), he'll need a big improvement in his form. For me, he's "treading water"at the moment, and in danger of his career going nowhere. As I've said before, I can see him being the new Pickersgill. All the potential, little end product.
TIME TO DELIVER, COOPS

| if its true about morley, louis and harrison, i would be tempted to go with:
hodgson
joel monas
blythe
atkins
king
briers
myler
wood
monas
carvell
westwood
grix
bridge
cooper
solomona
higham
clarke
playing bridge at loose covers one forward position, allows grix to move to second row, and the bench means we can spell cooper and solomona at prop, possibly even move westwood to prop and play clarke in the second row. the above team and bench gives us numerous options if the injury rumours are true. if harrison is fit just take clarke out the squad.
