I like The Killers. I appreciate it's not cool to like a band unless they are obscure and no-one has every heard of them ("OMG - you have got to hear The Pencil Sharpeners - they are A-MAZ-ING"icon_wink.gif but I like their music.

The other thing that gets on my nipple-ends is, these obscure bands, who when they're interviewed are asked
"so, who are your influences"
"oh, you know, the usual, Iggy and the Stooges, blah blah blah" (it's the same, every interview I bl00dy hear)
If they're all influenced by Iggy, surely he'd have sold a few more records (they were never exactly prolific in the album/single charts, were they......and before anyone jumps up and down, I've got nothing against Iggy, it's just the trendy name dropping I hate)

Any type of rock for me, from Foo Fighters at the commercial end through to Slipknot at the dirtier end. Always like finding new music. Watched Muse on the box the other night playing Rock AM Ring in 2010 and Matt Bellamy is unbelievably awesome as well.
Anyone going to see Wolfmother in Liverpool next week?

ever, i would have to say the stone roses, but i have a huge soft spot for bon jovi......the first songs/album that really got me into music were on slippery when wet
