fair play for taking it like a man and coming back on here
You'll bounce back when you get some of the missing players fit again.

Yes, he did. Every time Cas got in out half he did a short kick to try and score. Selfish player.

| Wonder if Gaz O'Brien's performance in the last 2 games will stop the call for a big name replacement for Briers?

If we've him, Myler & Ratchford then we've got three english pivots that could be the fulcrum of our side for a very long time.

| I think we will go big and NRL for a big money season or two. We'll being giving eastmond money(from Kingy and Carvell and Clarke and other people's money) to someone till GOB steps up proper or someone else comes available, I reckon

| Briers is still going to be playing next year which gives O'Brien plenty of time to develop before he'll be first choice at stand off. If he really starts to kick on next season then do we really need to spend big and recruit from the NRL? Hope not.

| I'd love a situation were we probably only needed one quota player.

| Lets not place the result of one match as an assesment of Chase.
Briers himself has been on the side that has taken a hell uva beating in the past. Did not make him a bad player, just like last night don't make Chase a bad player.
If we where not awash with half backs, Chase is certainly someone who I'd have no problem Saints signing. As it is he fits in very well with his team, last night especially, as they all played collectively aweful.
I think I am to blame though as it was only about 3 weeks ago I was tipping them to go undefeated at home for the season.

I did tell you but you wouldn't listen. Cas were always going to struggle, the only decent team they had played was Huddersfield. As I said they will struggle to make the top eight.
