| The most frightened man in Superleague? As far as I could see, he spent the whole game hiding from Morley and Carvell and wouldn't even front it when Carvell got up in his face. The lad is an averagely talented rugby league player and a total softcock. This season I've seen him drop the same cheap shot that Riley copped for on Blaymire at Wakey and backpedal out of the biff with Luaki at Hull FC, leaving Robbie Burrow to stick up for him.
Whino's fans will defend this thug all the very day; everyone else knows he's a coward and a disgrace to the game.

| I have just watched the game again and at the very end it shows RB hitting Chris Riley when Chris made the very last play of the game. Matt King then steps in to tell Bailey what he thought of the very very cheap shot.

Spot on mate, Bailey is both a neanderthal and an arrogant coward. His pathetic attempts at the hard man are laughable and he brings nothing but contempt upon him & his club.
Mind you, the so called Leeds supporters who walked out on the rest of their team in their hour of need are no better!!!
Great result Warrington, every supporter outside of Leeds knows the best team won!

Well done on summarising what happened.

Every Leeds supporter knows the best team won as well but don't let that get in the way of a good line.

| I haven't seen a Leeds fan on here try and defend what he did - it was stupid.
What I have seen is a couple of sensible Wire fans who realise in the context of the day for you, and compared to things that happen in SL every week - it wasn't actually that big a deal.
I've also seen a couple of sensible Wire fans discuss how talented he is and how he hasn't really fulfilled that but he is a good player - one even compared to him to JP & Moz (which is a step too far).
Then there are the sheep who subscribe to this idea that Bailey is rubbish, a coward, a thug, a villain, should be locked up, offers nothing to the team, hides from other players.
He's a solid, relaiable pro who has been an integral part of a side who have been one of the top 2 in the country for about 8 years. He's defensiely sound and rarely makes mistakes. He doesn't tear up any trees with ball in hand but he does a lot of the dirty work (not illegal) which the team needs.
He doesn't have this shocking disciplinary record which other fans seem to think he has - in fact it's probably better than Adrian Morleys. Yes, he made a mistake 7 years ago and was punished for that. It is widely acknowledged that Walker and Bailey were not the instigators of trouble that night and were quite harshly treated in the wake of the Leeds Utd players seemingly getting off lightly.
Anyone who thinks Bailey hides from other players, cast your mind back to headingley last year where he changed the momentum of the game by crunching Moz on about the 40m line - it was a great, legal hit.
As for the idiot revelling in the fact he had his Grand Final rings stolen - just think about what you're typing. Would you really wish that on anyone?

| Just rewatching the final for the second time. Jiffy really has it in for Bailey, he moans about one of our players giving the elbow and all Jiffy can say is "Ryan Bailey...you live by the sword, you die by the sword", and earlier comments on him sizing up to Atkins saying "he should be concentrating on making the yards, not joking around". (Not so) Closet Wire or what
He's got Bailey's number though, total thug who goes missing when it actually counts. I've never seen him produce anything skilfull.
He ought to be banned for that cheap shot on the hooter, but i suppose it'll go the same way that Joel Tomkins' cheap shot went when we beat them. A fine at the most.

| If a Wire player had done that yesterday I would of been embarrassed bet he is himself if he watches it back, totally needless which made him look stupid maybe in a years he might grow out of it.

As I said above, have you found a Leeds fan who's disagreed with this?
Unfortunately a lot of your fans, including yourself, have made yourselves laughing stocks with some of your other comments about a 4 time Grand Final winner and Great Britain international on this thread

| Haven't seen one say it how it really is either apart from you.
As for my comments I couldn't give one what you think.
Hopefully he gets the one match ban he deserves for acting like a thug in a game which hadn't really had any bad blood in it.

I for one would have no objection if he got a one match ban - although a lot worse goes on throughout the year and doesn't result in any punishment.
I get that, I still felt the need to tell you though
Although in all seriousness the stolen rings comment is out of order

| Fine I take that back.
But he's still a thug/coward at times.

Thug - yes (a lot of these rugby players probably are at heart)
Coward - no
