| I wish we had made a move for Scott Prince before he signed a new deal at the Titans, i think he may have been tempted to come over to England in a big money deal given that its unlikely he will ever start a test match for Australia or an Origin game for Queensland whilst Jonathon Thurston is around and available.

it's a town you clown, has it's own town hall! and rugby league team! judas!
I admit its part of the metropolitan burough of leeds however it's still a town in it's own right, rather like Leigh being part of Wigan!

if bramley has its own town hall ive yet to find it,bramley is part of west leeds as is armley ,farsley stanningley ,and pudsey ,pudsey has its own town hall but its not used as any civic business since it became part of leeds.
bramley has always been part of leeds .
you small town hick
oh and i,m not a judas we my family moved the few hundred yards to bramley when part of the old housing in kirkstall was pulled down in the 50s
bramley has always been historically known as the village within the city, but town hall? it has the unicorn and the barley mow and the daisy and thats it

Do you not class Orford, Latchford etc as part of Warrington. Bramley is as much Leeds as you can get.

the judas reference is in relation to my belief that you should support bramley rather than leeds
if you haven't got a town hall fair enough i'm wrong!
all that on one side warrington is far from a small town, is it?
i admit i've probably given a flawed arguement but so have you, if pudsey became part of leeds at a point in history, did the same occur with bramley? i don't know the answer to this but i suspect it was once independant of leeds and outside the juristiction of leeds.
a later poster compares it to orford i don't think the comparison works, prove me wrong!

you know what don't bother, i've just googled bramley "the village that diaspeared" it was absorbed into leeds a long time ago, no longer a village, just a suburb (one article describes bramley as once a small village on the outskirts of leeds ) so yes your right!
a bit like culcheth is a village in warrington or croft even.
so i admit i'm wrong, however it does sound a bit hicksville to me
