Erm, I believe the games that matter now started this weekend. We finished top of the regular season anyway so we already HAVE won the games that mattered in that sense.
Hope you go out in the next few weeks. The laughter will be endless. Always have been nearly men and always will be. Little team talking big and not taking advantage of the best chances you will ever have in the last few years. Make the most of it because after this season you are gone. The old guard will be too old and when Dogtanion, His brother and Hodgson get fed up in the next year or so, You will be back where you belong. Which is battling for a top 4 spot. |

Nope. As I said on another thread, this morning we needed to win three games if we are to lift the trophy and we still now have to win three games if we are to lift the trophy. We're not out, we're in the same position as we have been all week. The only difference is we don't get a week without a game, but a week off is overrated in my book.
Wigan lost in the Challenge Cup semi-final to go out, bottled it. Today we just played poorly and can go again next week, didn't bottle it.
We've won three Challenge Cups in four years, what the flying is 'nearly' about that? |

Doesn't take much for the fat pie eating chimps to come out does it? I must have missed us being nearly men at Wembley 3 years out of the last 4 and coming top last season. |
