Gareth Hock can't pass

That may well be tested.
Either Wire find their feet quickly
or
it might be something like 3 tries a piece and kicking decides the winner

icons077e_files/5445-3661prettyflower-msnicons.jpg Parry Gordon's passes,Les Boyd's strong runs,Mike Gregory's workrate,Des Drummond's tries,Jonathan Davies' sheer genius...........oh,and Alan Rathbone's punches! All memories of the legendary venue which was Wilderspool stadium. Gone maybe,but never,ever forgotten.

First game? First real opposition?
Glad I'm not Wigan or Saints (no offence Huddersfield)
It is too early to tell. I can't see Huddersfield winning it. We can score both Tries and Kicks and other teams should be afraid of that.

| When we played against st helens last week, our Defence was fantastic the amount of defending we did in our own half and saints having no real breaks just shows we can defend even better than previous seasons. Personally i think this game will come down to a Brough drop goal Wonder what the odds are on that. Should be a fantastic contest between two off the top teams in the league. Plus if McGilvary does play Joel Monaghan had better watch out.

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubblegum.
Don't you struggle. Don't you fight. Don't you worry, cause it's your turn tonight!

| Wire with the better backs vs Huddersfield with the better pack. For me it'll depend on the weather, if it's wet, a Giant's win, if it's dry, a Wire victory.

It will not be wet, as the roof will be closed. So it's a wire win.

50086_1357229109.jpg [b:33tg3xj5]Me:[/b:33tg3xj5] I'm still reeling from the news that someone is considering watching the 1st and 3rd game on Saturday and NOT watching Warrington play. It's like being in Shea Stadium when the Beatles came to town and deciding to nip out for a fag.
[b:33tg3xj5]knockersbumpMKII:[/b:33tg3xj5] Is it FOOK, you're good but you're not THAT good, jesus you wanky fans need to get over yourselves, Beatles at the Shea in '65 was a once in a lifetime opportunity for some (despite the following years performance), you can watch a very good team in primrose & yellow play every week if you really wanted to but comparing it to one of the very best music groups of all time in an iconic stadia such as the shea is overegging your importance, you're not even the best team in SL atm:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_50086.jpg |

| Last time people were predicting an 'easy win' against The Giants they ended our season. There are easy games in SuperLeague - this isn't one of them.

Exactly, IF we win on Saturday it will be a major victory in terms of teams that we will play this season.

| Should be a belter Wire winning by a try or two. Don't know about you guys but would much prefer the MM weekend at it's usual spot in May when weather is much warmer for fans to enjoy it more. Also feel teams won't be at there best being there first competitive run out. Don't think the standard of rugby will be as good as previous Magic weekends. Hope I'm wrong. Even so can't wait !!
