This a monumentally daft thread even for here. To even get to the point of having a career in the sport the player must have consistently exhibited exceptional talent through game after game in junior, youth and academy grade rugby.

No you're wrong. It's about who has made the most out of limited talent, some just work very hard and and really make the most of what they've got. These people are in all walks of life not just RL. |

I believe Morley wasnt considered the most talented player at youth level and early on. He struggled at first when he went to australia.
Now whether he had immense talent hidden underneath or just worked very, very hard I don't know.
