The option is to approach sky for a short term contract...who are of course desperate for some live sport to keep subscribers up to £200k..?, over the standard £40k per game in a close stadium.
They get to be economical with a show... 4 hours and perhaps repeats.

Season ticket holders are to be given a £20’ish voucher to either redeem at the club later or exchange for accredited account on choice.

We may as well suck up and except that otherwise games will be lost any how and season ticket holders will still probably receive game refund credits wether the game is played closed or not at all.

Talking of matches you want to watch again - mine was the CC semi at Widnes when we beat Wigan and then went on to beat Hudds. I forgot to record it at the time and have never seen it since.

Spot on. That was the genius of Tony Smith to single out Feka as his fitness and mobility were open to question. I remember that set of six when we ran at him for almost every tackle. It was a cracking game and I did rather enjoy Chris Hicks late try to seal the win. Great memories.

You may be right. I just remember understanding that TS did the game plans. Not surprising if Monas had input or even the ideas itself, he was a clever rugby player.

whoever came up with it... it was a brilliant plan.

I think that was my favourite ever game of RL.. it had everything.... the Hicks try was the perfect end to the game.

Going back to the 60s, the legendary film This Sporting Life is on Talking Pictures tv channel this Saturday about 9pm.
A kitchen sink drama, that British cinema was excellent at, about Rugby League .

I've not seen that one for a long while. Richard Harris and Wakefield Trinity, from memory. I don't think there's any Wire references in the film, but it was a while ago when I saw it.
