I don’t understand the need to sign a fullback. Play Thewlis in his natural position there and sign a top winger.

Thewlis needs to play fullback, otherwise he will be another player who will eventually get pi$$ed off and leave us.

In terms of disruption, reputation, how it’s been handled and the impact on squad morale, this must be up there in terms of the worst signing we’ve ever made. What an utter shambles from the club.

It was McGuires unprofessionalism ultimately which has caused this situation... If three others professionalism can't see it then maybe they should just follow him out ... May be a mile off here but if it is Dufty and Vaughan that we are talking about just let them go now. We are not going to get relegated so let’s learn if the young ones can cut the mustard with a sustained run through rest of season.
