Those already announced leaving plus Asotasi and Wheeler. Atkins isn't off contract I know but ideally him as well if we can shift him. A couple of rumours can fill in the blanks, 6=Sandow, 17=Hughes. That just leaves a prop and a centre, can't think I've heard any names mentioned for either?

Sandow is an out and out 7. Tried at FB and failed. Gidley is the opposite. He will play 1 6 and at a push 13, but not 7. He's too old for SH now anyway.

Atkins will slot in at Centre seeing as he only signed a 4 year deal last year, Gidley or Ratch at 6 with Sandow at 7. And either England,
Evans, Wilde, Philbin, King, Lathwaite, etc etc the list goes on. Anyone who says we don't have strength in depth is mad. All these players are experienced SL players and decent quality with a decent development potential ahead.

Not sure why everyone has jumped on the band wagon that Sandow isn't an organizing 7, he is and a good one. He was at South's earlier in his career and was fantastic, only to be ousted by Adam Reynolds who I think is one of the best 7's in the game. When you watch him he is always shouting, talking, pointing which tells me he is organizing the troops. But he is also off the cuff and fast with a good kicking game. Remind you of anyone ??

We surely won't sign a centre as we have Atkins, Monaghan, King, Rhys Evans, Ratchford and Currie who can cover the role.

Priority has to be (at least) one half-back and a prop. Although the prop will surely have to be a UK based player.

Lineham is listed as a centre on the SL website; I know half of the positions listed on there are out of date or just plain wrong, but can he play at centre? We seem to have more wingers than we need already.
