The only 'fans' whose behaviour I thought was terrible was Warrington. We were sat close by some Leeds fans in 'our' end and they were perfectly ok. The town and the club were let down by a few morons who seem to think the whole day revolves around drinking as much as you can before you keel over. They take gloss off a great day and any that were arrested should be banned by the club for good.

I dont know if it was coincidence but none of them were wearing colours.

This is my first post since the final and i'm gutted to be reading about fighting in the stadium...
Once again these idiots who ALL clubs have an element of come out of the woodwork for these big games and use it as an excuse for an all day pi$$ up...!

If any of you scumbags are reading this and think its funny to frighten the life out of young children with your pathetic thuggish behaviour....Do us a favour and stay in the pub or crawl back under your stone if your team reaches the grand final...

There's always an element of lunatics who tag on to successful teams. These are not true fans and thankfully are only small in number. The majority of Leeds fans although dissappointed in our teams below par performance acknowledge we were beaten by a far better side on the day and applaud your well deserved victory. We all have to be good losers as well as good winners.

Congratulations you were awesome and on the day would have beaten any team.

Dont tar all Leeds fans with the same brush though there were over 80,000 people in the stadium and Leeds have about 15,000 -17,000 regular fans. I doubt that any of these would have been amongst the trouble makers.

My biggest regret is not losing but that we failed to compete.

There are a few ifs and buts...IF Bailey falls over the line and scores and IF Riley is given offside it could have been 8-6 at half time and all to play for but on balance you would still have been the victors.

Enjoy the success you have waited a long time for it. Pleased to see Briers get the recognition for his skills at last.

I just hope the Leeds couple who accidently got off the train at Stevenage with my Wolves hoodie after I had collapsed (and no I hadn't been drinking before you ask which made the situation even more embarrassing! ) do the same and return it to the Halliwell Jones.....

We met them on the tube when some Leeds United fans who had been to the football (no colours) started fighting with other Leeds fans - They were great and thanks again for the bottle of water (should you be reading this!)
