John Clarke is totally underrated by a lot of people on this Board. No-one seems to notice that he holds the defence together in the middle of the field. Can the last 5-6 Wire Coaches all be wrong?

Set myself up there, I should have mentioned that the current Coach appears to have confidence in him.

That's what I alluded to and not only on here but throughout Rugby League.

He's been a good pro especially after his early troubles.

One incident which by all accounts he was very heavily provoked and I believe he regrets what happened. He's always come across as being very professional.

I've not even read the thread but I know what this will be about, Clarke's definately sorted himself out over the years.
Good pro athlete really and allround decent player, covers many positions without being truly outstanding. Possibly time to move on, but tbh i'd rather have let Vinnie go and have Clarke competing for 13, we'd have more life in the tank imo
