there were quite a few boos to the lad from some so called "fans" behind where i was stood which i thought was bang out of order.

fair one the lad had a very poor game, im sure a few people will agree but in all my years of watching the wire i have never booed a player or the team.

one week away from wembley and we needed to get behind the team which i think 98% of the fans did, 80 mins from glory or hurt now, come on the wire!!!!!!!!!

KP did make a few errors in the first half, but as you say it is probably because he is trying to hard.

If the decisons had gone his way he would have had a hat trick, and maybe we would have won.

The muppets who are only interested in ripping him to bits are a disgrace.

I think that tap restart was the funniest thing Ive seen at a game. In fact i'm sure he did it so he could one day end up on one of those DVDs.

It's exactly why, how come other players are exempt and treated like heroes? Especially ones who cost us tries in the semi and last week at Wigan and not a mention of it on here.

Indeed. What *really* annoys me is nobody starts thread criticising other players for their handling errors but as soon as Penny makes one he's the biggest villain Wire have ever seen. It really quite sad that some people have got this vindictive campaign against him.
