I think his biggest error is not making the wholesale changes early on before the season started. We now have a different team than we started with but they've had not preseason together and it shows...

I think he would be successful given time but right now super League survival is essential and I don't see him getting this team performing cohesively in time. But I also don't think bringing a new coach will magically get us playing too so it's on the players to get us over the line.....if we do go down it's just as much on the players on the pitch as Powell....
