As has been noted on other occasions, the fans are behind the team, but the team seem to forget that they are there to provide rousing entertainment for us to cheer and have a good sing song. The continued utterance's from the coach and now our latest signing show that their backs are against the wall, they should stop insulting our intelligence and come out fighting. Clearly they do not like that we are intelligent enough to know when we are served garbage and we let them know.

Roy Keane coined a good phrase in describing this type of support: 'prawn sandwich brigade'.
Not having a pop btw as every club's following contains different types of support. |

Its £24 for a prawn sandwich however the club has now introduced a scheme to allow you to spread the cost over 4 monthly payments. |

Famous chef. Apparently he didn't approve of the traditional prawn sandwich mayonnaise mix and improved it based on an Irish midfield take to make the filling more united. |

If we lose I very much doubt it will be to do with effort. I'm pretty certain we will be getting effort but there is much more to it than that. I am more worried about us being over hyped up. I've never thought it clever to over-hype players in obviously important games.
Toulouse look pretty solid recently. I would hate us to get behind and then over play to catch up. This will be a horrible game to watch & having watched us fold so much you have to think just how many points would you want us to be ahead for supporters to be able to relax. Then you get players sent off for virtually nowt in the modern game. It is far better not being in this situation as all sorts of horrible things can happen.
Anyway bring it on & lets move on. It is horrible this isn't it? |
