Really impressive yesterday. I wasn't hopeful and even less when the side was announced without Joel and Mick M but the pack were outstanding, making good metres on every set and with Myler, Ratchford and Higham controlling the game. Our line speed was very good and we stopped Hudds making enough ground to put on any pressure on the last tackle play consistently. Hodgy rolled back the years with a faultless game. Have to say though where did that display come from?

I have to say the period just before HT when we held them out penalty after penalty and then dumped them into touch was the first time this season I felt connected back to the team. Good stuff.

The only thing I can relate the season so far to, in terms of the team's general performances and overall atmosphere and feel, is a laid back Sunday drive.
But in the last two weeks, I can feel the tempo rising amongst the players, and the fans' excitement subsequently returning too.
