to be honest at this point (as in october) I'd take anything.
A trip to wembley and a single win in the playoffs will make Jdrocket a happy boy. : )
come May i may well have my eyes on the GF for Warrington.
I think we've proved we are capable of Wembley, we just need to prove we are capable of Trafford.

Maybe you should look at who we beat on the way to retaining the Challenge Cup this year.
In fact, even last year, we faced 3 teams who were at the time in the top four of of SL, or certainly above us in the league. |

We beat 4 Super League clubs this season to win it and 3 in 2009.

I threw in one team, Hull, not TeamS …if you can’t see the general Comparison then that’s fine.
if it helps make an exact like for like 40 year comparison and you’ll see only 12 teams have been champions while only 13 have been cup winners and the names are largely the same except Salford and Dewsbury won the league but not the cup and Sheffield Cas and Wires won the cup but not the league |

27 games + 4 play off games(how many of them have wire won?) and wigan end up with a GF trophy to go with the league leaders shield slightly tougher I would say than the 5 to win a challenge cup. But I am sure Wigan will give it a damn good go . |
