| Well I rather like him.
I've allready booked myself in to Saz's for a full torso tattoo of him (like that fella in I'm Alan Partridge)
I've got t-shirts printed
I'm ghost writing his biography "Tyrone. 8 months of glory. My Warrington Odyssey.
I'm even starting a fan club.
Tyrone Roberts Appreciation Society Holdings......or TRASH for short.
Go Tyrone
Seriously.....GO

| Can't understand how he can miss so many drop goal opportunities. It's baffling. On a positive he kicks ok for tries in the corner and his defence isn't bad. For his wages he should be playing far better.

| I think he'll win the Harry Sunderland trophy. It's been the plan all along. A big con job. Expect a 40/20 to set up a try-scoring opportunity, which he'll have the assist on with a brilliant cut out pass for Charnley to score try after 77 minutes to bring us within 2 points of Wigan. Roberts will then get the touchline conversion. Short kick off will be taken by us and drives from Hill, Atkins and Cooper get us 40 metres out and Roberts kicks the winning drop goal as the hooter sounds.
Legend.
NURSE!!!

| I'd just love it if we could get Blake Austin over for a pre contract Andrew Johns'esk cameo.

| I think he had a fairly good game last night.
Obviously not marquee standard but bought he was decent.

I am hoping he will at least turn out be a Trent Barratt.
A lazy overweight git that came good.
In contrast...Ratchford, I've said it so many times. You need your best player in a position he can get his hands on the ball.'"
Said this in March and I still believe it.

I watched the first half of your game on friday and I agree. Put it this way, out of the 4 half backs on the pitch he was the most involved.
A calm, composed and organising half is important. He could do with a more ‘dangerous’ HB partner though, perhaps.

| Agree with both Psychedelic and Les.
Roberts is an easy target being an under performing marquee signing for most of the season. I though he was pretty good against Huddersfield though despite his blind spot covering Drop Goals.

| Our expectations, certainly my own, of Roberts have fallen off a cliff long since.
The Wigan CF game was the pinnacle, bit even that was a masterclass in organisation and cajooling rather than the kind of incisive, dynamic running game we were told was his forte. Since then he's returned to type, and.now they've confiscated his chewing gum he looks sulkier than ever.
These days, a flurry of well aimed punts in the air, some respectable tackling and crisp passing gets him the "one of his better games" accolades. We got that from Gareth O'Brien and still had change for several thousand bags of chips on the way home.
Even if his Wire career ends in MOM GF glory I'll be glad to see the back of him.

Today's Internet winner
We've now reached the level, that simple passing, and a few last tackle kicks constitute a "good game" for a VERY highly paid RL player .
He's NOT crap. That's the maddening thing. From those YouTube clips we've all seen, he simply hasn't put the effort in.
Trouble is, miaw, GO'B TRIED every week. He played to his potential. Roberts hasn't.
As Ian Drury might have said, What a waste.

The drop goals, and the 3 times he ran behind a player then ran back again, luckily resulting in only one penalty!
