Classic case of hearing want you want to. Clarkey was saying the momentum carried his whole body over i.e. it wasn't a case of him just lifting his arm, hence he thought it WAS a try!

I know he can bit a bit of a knob at times, but really he isn't guilty of half the stuff people claim.

In another sport shown on Sky, there is a pundit who played for a team I don't like who was/is a staunch fan of that club and is as fair and balanced in his punditry as it gets. I have respect for him as a pundit, he's actually the best one on any channel.
