Found one called the Hotel El Centre Del Mon (moon-themed) which sounds nice, and that De La Loge popped up on a few searches too. Thanks again!

having stayed at a few different hotels in perpignan i would recommend the suitehotel... type it into Google and check it out.

Canet Plage, a coastal town about 6 miles from Perpignan. A touch more family orientated than Perpignan.

he's right, we visited for a day last year very good for kids..

Last year we stayed at the Citea Hotel in Perpignan. Great room (with a kitchen of sorts). About 5 mins walk from the old town.

We stayed at Hotel De la Loge for 3 nights last year, Its location is excellent, right in the centre but down a small side street. The rooms are a decent size compared to normal french ones and the owner was friendly even though he had very limited english. I would stay there again.

we stayed for 8 nights last year, you must have been the noisy gits upstairs from us! only joking, the rooms are massive and very stylish.

The New Christina is nice and has a rooftop swimming pool, we've also used the Best Western Park Hotel and The Mercure which were both good.

We have booked a novotel for a night before we can get on our camp site, £100 for a family room and has a outdoor pool

We've never been before but are thinking of making the trip over this season while having a few days break too. Has anyone got any recommendations for any costal resorts with a nice beach on the French side of the boarder which is handy to Perpignan or is our best bet Spain?
