When we get beat in a one sided game there is usually a thread about the ref on here along the lines of "not saying this is the reason we lost but..."

| He wasn't 'faultless'. He gave a scrum to Cas, only after once being told by his linesman did he change his mind and give it to us, when 10,000 people knew it was our scrum. He also gave a knock on to Micky Monas when he was facing backwards and the ball went backwards.
He gave a good display, but wasn't faultless.

| As others have said, he was good but really didn't have any key/clutch calls to make. It wasn't in any way a dirty game and the knockons were clear cut (even the one he got wrong).

| The one where he took him about 5 minutes to award Wire the scrum when it was a clear knock on from Chase was rather baffling..... but otherwise decent performance in a very easy to ref game.

| Still the best referee in Super League by a country mile. God knows how Richard Silverwood keeps getting appointed for the ANZAC tests.

Luckily Ganson is a top referee so his belly doesn't matter.
More than what I can say for the Australian referee's. The words "utter joke" spring to mind, regardless of whether "they" have a belly or not.

Dunno bout these, watched the game at home just. Ganson admitted it was his mistake. Rather him do that than be up himself and stick by it.
Also the Mick one, he WAS facing the posts, but he tried to pull the ball toward his chest (ultimatly cas' try line).
So one boo boo, which he owned up to. but he righted the wrong.

| Woeful policing of the '10' metres. Wouldn't want him to measure my carpet, etc.

Monaghans was definitely a knock on, but the other should have been play on, but at least we got the scrum.

| Thought he was good tonight, but lets face it, it was an easy match to referee

| From memeory Ganson made two mistakes , once when he gave a knock on by Monas which wasn't and he also gave a scrum the worng way.
Other than those two minor decision's he did very well

Thought he deserved credit for that, some would not have changed their minds.
Great performance BTW, looking good for OT in October.

| I thought he was very lenient with Castleford tbh. Must have felt sorry for them.
