If they charge her its 3 pts a go. 34mph is probably OK. All depends if its active or not.

She's received 3 seperate letters regarding them

I know they normally allow 10% of the limit so in all fairness I think its 9 coming her way and a ban as she's not been driving 2 years

After being flashed the first time, did she not think she better slow down the following day when going passed the speed camera??....and if not then, surely after being flashed a second time, she must have thought to herself I'm doing something wrong here!

So the next day she goes even faster????

Sorry but its not unlucky you speed you pay the price for doing so - nobody forces people to go over the limit. I know its something that the majority of drivers do but you know that if you do you are taking the risk of getting points/losing licence for doing so.

I was more refering to the two year rule.

Not that I am saying it is the case here but it annoys me when drivers think they are above the rules of the road. I was listening on the radio the other day to a Woman in her 80s who had got away with being caught speeding 4 times (I think it was) by the same camera she managed to keep her licence because she "relied on her car to look after her older sisters" both of whom it appears are in nursing homes. As far as I am concerned she should have lost her licence like anyone else would have, since when is it ok for some people to speed but not others?
